Agreement between Paula Bright, Marlene Slater and (artist/management):

I, ___________________, do hereby give Paula Bright and Miz B's Porch/Crazed Cowboys/MKOC Radio
permission to display any promotional pictures I provide, or is provided by Marlene Slater or any representative
from her organization. I also give Paula Bright and Miz B's Porch/Crazed Cowboys Radio permission to post
information on the Miz B's Porch/Crazed Cowboys web sites pertaining to my career, as well as play cuts from my
CD for promotional use.

I also exclude Paula Bright and Miz B's Porch/Crazed Cowboys/MKOC Radio from any fees from any collecting
society that is collecting on our behalf in regard to my music or any other site related to Marlene Slater and My
Kind Of Country and Paula Bright and Miz B's Porch/Crazed Cowboys/MKOC Radio.

This Agreement is ongoing and if any party desires to terminate this Agreement with the remaining parties, they
must notify the others by registered mail with a thirty day grace period.
