Agreement between Marlene Slater and (artist/management):

As long as this site is maintained free of charge to me, the artist, and the public, I, ___________________, do hereby give Marlene Slater and My Kind Of Country permission to display any promotional pictures I provide, or is provided by Marlene or any representative from my organization. I also give Marlene Slater and My Kind Of Country permission to post information on the MKOC web site pertaining to my career, as well as play cuts from my CD for promotional use.

I also exclude Marlene Slater and My Kind Of Country from any fees from any collecting society that is collecting on our behalf in regard to my site or any other site related to Marlene Slater and My Kind Of Country.

This Agreement is on going and if any party desires to terminate this Agreement with the remaining parties, they must notify the others by registered mail with a thirty day grace period.
