Nashville, TENNESSEE--Glenn Cummings (Gulf Coast Records) has been traveling across the
United States promoting his debut album, Big, to radio. Recently he was driving through
Arizona where he nearly got into some big trouble.
He was busy admiring the beautiful mountains of Sedona, Arizona between radio visits at
KNOT/Prescott and KAFF/Flagstaff when suddenly he noticed the blue lights flashing in the
rear-view mirror. He pulled over and a police officer demanded Glenn to walk to the back
of the vehicle where the officer informed Glenn that jail time was the penalty for going
the speed he was traveling.
Luckily after Glenn explained that he was on his way to visit KAFF to deliver Big, the
officers did go easy on Glenn and gave him a speeding ticket and sent him on his way. Of
course Glenn didn't let them leave without getting a copy of Big and an autographed photo.
Glenn also made sure to get a picture with the two patrolmen to remind him to keep his
lead foot in check.

Glenn will be celebrating the release of his debut
album (Oct. 26), also titled Big, with an album release party at S.I.R. on Monday,
November 1 in Nashville. Glenn and his band will perform the songs featured on Big and
cocktails and catering will be provided. He will also appear on Western Beat at the
Exit/In on Tuesday, Nov. 2 at 8:30PM.
Glenn's current single, "Big," is No. 37 with a bullet on the Music Row Chart.
