"This
Marriage"Words And Music By: Red Johnson
(C)1998-Pub. Count Music BMI
This was written for our grand-daughters wedding, and has been used for
other weddings as well, it's a real thrill when someone tells you it was their wedding
song.
1. I bring into this marriage
All the love within my soul
I'll weld my heart to yours love
And make two halves a whole
I bring into this marriage
All of everything I am
And Ill live my life for you dear
In every way I can
Cho: I bring into this marriage
Every dream Ive dreamed for years
More precious and more real
As our special moment nears
And dear I promise you
Something Ive no shortage of
I will share with you forever
All my true and lasting love
Tag: I bring into this marriage
All my true and lasting love
2. I bring into this marriage
The desire to give my all
And be there for you always
And never let you fall
I bring into this marriage
A heart with open doors
No secrets, and no shadows
I'll be forever yours

"Cajun
Accordian"Words And Music By: Red Johnson
(C)1997-Pub. Count Music BMI
We were recording a country, old time and Cajun album for Joe Tishmack, who plays
keyboard in our band, and I told him I would write a Cajun song for him., And he worked up
such a good arrangement for it I borrowed it and included it on this CD.
1. Something happens to our hearts
When that Cajun music starts
We know there'll be lots of fun
When Joe plays Cajun accordion
Cho: diggy liggy li
And diggy liggy lo
Jambalaya and Fais do do
Jole blon and Louisian
Big mammou- Louisiana man
People come from near and far
Some by pirogue- some by car
Adilida just walked in
To hear some Cajun accordion
2. Music drifting through the night
Greets the early morning light
Seems like no one has a home
When Joe plays Cajun accordion
3. Something bout a Cajun tune
Seems to make it end too soon
But there's always more to come
When Joe plays Cajun accordion |
