I know you're wondering why there hasn't been any
newsletter since Oct. 2005. Our fan club organization fell apart. Roy Combs resigned as
president. Howard Cockburn found his sweetheart from their teen's again. He married her
and moved to Scotland. I thought this would be a good time to let him off the hook as
president of our European Appreciation Society. Norma Williams who handled the mail order
of CD sales died this past January. I can't seem to discipline myself enough to write and
put another together plus mail it.
I have been and plan on keeping Marlene (Marli) informed about each month of shows as the
month passes. She will post it on this website under "News
From Narvel". My upcoming shows are listed on this web site a couple of months
ahead under "Show Dates".
My manager, Harold Boner is having health problems but is still booking shows. He can be

It's
easy to become a member, just send me the information below. BUT, what do you get for your
dues of $10.00 per year?? Well, first off you receive a newsletter twice yearly loaded
with photos and news of all the shows and Narvels traveling experiences, you will get an
introductory packet containing an 8X10" picture of Narvel, a membership card, and
more importantly a list of his performances so you will be able to get out and see him
when he is in your area.
IMPORTANT UPDATE
Our current Fan Club President is retiring. Many
thanks to Roy Combs for your many years of selfless devotion to Narvel and the fans.
