Hi All, I hope everyone enjoyed their Labor Day Weekend holiday. I know I did.. at least part of the time. LOL
I'm sorry to be so late in getting news to y'all but I have two good reasons. I've been rebuilding MKOC's Official Artist, Joe Tinoco's web site, adding new music, photos, videos and more. The news is posted below so please take some time to check out Joe's new site and also read about the latest news of Joe's Fan Tour. My other reason is that my Ma turned 82 over the Holiday weekend so we (she, Aunt Louise and me) spent our time going out and having ourselves a little celebration. Needless to say, with all that and trying to keep up my work with my other web clients and MKOC, I've been remiss on getting news to y'all. She will spend only 1 day at home next week, before making this special Opry appearance. Then she travels outside of the United States for a performance in Gstaad, Switzerland.
Rhonda is also putting the finishing touches on her next Rounder Records project.

CLAY WALKER'S BAND AGAINST MS CHARITY PARTNERS WITH NATIONAL MS SOCIETY IN NATION'S CAPITAL
Star-studded Guitar Slated for Diplomatic Ambassadors Ball Auction
(NASHVILLE, TN) – Platinum recording artist, Clay Walker recently enlisted some of country music's biggest stars to help battle against Multiple Sclerosis. Walker's non-profit charity, Band Against MS has partnered with the Washington D.C. metropolitan area Chapter of the National MS Society by offering an autographed guitar for auction at the Society's Annual Ambassadors Ball on September 19 in the nation's capital. The Taylor model 210-E guitar bedecked with the authentic signatures of Walker, Alan Jackson, Kix Brooks, Ronnie Dunn and George Strait is one of several items included in the auction. Proceeds from the sale of the instrument will be divided between the National Capital Chapter of the National MS Society and Band Against MS. In the second song they are "breaking out" as painful as the process is. They aren't angry at each other...just tired and disappointed.
I think sad songs can help troubled people by showing them they aren't alone. We hope the man and woman in these songs find their way to better times.
