Glynn is one of the newest members of the Country Discovery family, and he is a promising writer and performer expected to do very well in the country music industry. The European Country Music Association, in both the global and independent categories, has nominated Glynn for the following awards: Male Vocalist of the Year; Album of the Year; Entertainer of the Year; and Duet of the Year with the wonderful recording artist Anni Filt from Denmark. In 2000, Glynn was awarded Artist of the Twentieth Century by the Independent Country Music Association in Germany. Let me introduce Glynn Martin and his newest CD with Country Discovery Glynn began his career in Nashville where he was successful in signing his songs with the following publishing companies: Tree International; Mel Tillis’s Sawgrss Music Publishing; and then later with Sony ATV.

Glynn’s new CD, “Uncle Sam, Mr. Jukebox and My Ex-Wife,” appeared on the European Country Music Association top ten chart for a run of 12 weeks, and a song written by Glynn Martin and Ruthie Steele entitled, “What a Way to Start a Day,” remained in the top ten for 16 weeks. Glynn and Anni Filt were nominated for Duet of the Year for this song.
